Key Responsibilities
Source qualified candidates using internal databases, online resources, networking, and referrals
Conduct candidate interviews and provide compensation guidance
Match and present qualified candidates to clients based on detailed job requirements
Perform reference checks
Coordinate and prepare candidates for client interviews
Manage the full offer process, maintaining consistent communication with candidates
Maintain accurate documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Stay informed on technology trends and current market conditions
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
4+ years of IT recruiting experience in US staffing.
Direct Clients and W2
Proven ability to develop current candidate relationships via phone outreach
Strong prospecting skills with confidence in cold-calling
Excellent internet research capabilities
Creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting
Highly motivated, driven, and results-oriented
Persuasive, persistent, and self-initiated
Strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills
Competitive, self-motivated personality
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Teams/Zoom, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
