Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Mumbai (Remote – Work From Home)
Experience: 8–10 Years
Salary: ₹24–35 LPA

Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (US Shift)
Key Skills Required:
4+ years of hands-on experience in Omnissa Horizon / VMware Horizon / VMware View.
Strong expertise in Enterprise VDI deployment, configuration and administration.
Hands-on experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE Access and Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM).
Strong knowledge of VMware ESXi, vSphere and virtualization technologies.
Experience with AWS, Azure and Hybrid Cloud environments.
Expertise in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, DNS, Routing and Switching.
Experience in preparing HLD, LLD and technical solution documents.
Robust L3-level troubleshooting, log analysis and root cause analysis skills.
Candidate Requirements:
Overall 8+ years of IT Infrastructure experience.
Minimum 4+ years of Omnissa / VMware Horizon experience.
Must currently be working at L3 support level.
Hands-on experience deploying Horizon infrastructure in large enterprise environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and customer interaction skills.
Willingness to work in US/UK shifts and participate in rotational on-call support.
