Job Summary
Google Pay is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote its digital payment services and onboard merchants. The candidate will be responsible for visiting local businesses, explaining Google Pay's benefits, and helping merchants adopt digital payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Visit shops, retail outlets, and local businesses to promote Google Pay services.
Onboard recent merchants and assist them with QR code installation and activation.
Explain the benefits and features of Google Pay's digital payment solutions.
Achieve daily and monthly sales and merchant acquisition targets.
Maintain good relationships with existing merchants and provide basic support.
Submit daily sales reports and update customer information.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 10th or 12th pass (as per company requirements).
Freshers are welcome; sales experience is an advantage.
Must have a personal bike and a valid driving licence.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in the field and meet sales targets.
Salary & Advantages
Fixed salary: ₹16,000 NTH per month
Travel allowance: ₹3,000 per month
