Lead the design process from concept development through design documentation and project completion.
Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and presentations.
Review design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy.
Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve execution issues.
Source finishes, furniture, lighting, artwork, and accessories.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for product selection and approvals.
Review samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings.
Produce and review:
Space planning layouts
Furniture layouts
Ceiling and flooring plans
Joinery details
Material specifications
BOQs and FF&E; schedules
Tender documentation
Exceptional design and space-planning abilities.
Solid knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and detailing.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
