Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce.
CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance preferred.
10+ years of accounting experience.

Required Skills
GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
ERP systems (SAP).
Advanced Excel skills.
Financial analysis and reporting.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely financial closing.
Accuracy of financial statements.
Compliance and audit observations.
Reduction in outstanding receivables.
Timely submission of MIS reports.

Financial Accounting & Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in ERP.
Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.
Monitor month-end and year-end closing activities.

Accounts Payable
Accounting of bills, debit notes, credit notes etc.
Vendor payments




Vendor Reconciliations.

Accounts Receivable
Accounting of customer receipts.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
Customer collections

GST, Taxation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Cost Control
Analyze manufacturing and operational costs.
Provide recommendations for cost reduction and process improvements.
Costing and profitability analysis.

Audit & Internal Controls
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Maintain supporting documentation for audits.
Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.

Asset Accounting
Account for fixed assets, depreciation, and asset verification.
