Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Required Experience
Minimum 10 years of relevant qualified experience.
Experience in at least one project of a similar nature is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute construction projects according to approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
Supervise project engineers, site engineers, and other technical staff.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and work schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
Review project budgets, resource allocation, material requirements, and manpower planning.
Ensure timely submission of progress reports, measurements, and project documentation.
Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with applicable project standards.
Maintain records and support the preparation of running account (RA) bills and final bills.
