Key Responsibilities
Source qualified doctors, including MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BDS and BUMS specialists, for multiple locations across Maharashtra.
Identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, WhatsApp groups, skilled networks and references.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, experience and location preferences.
Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and assess their interest and availability.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain and update the candidate database and daily sourcing reports.
Ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.
Follow up with candidates until the interview and joining stages.
Coordinate for medical registration details and relevant qualification documents.
