Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and service-related requirements.
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
Prepare job cards and explain repair and maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team.
Provide accurate service estimates and delivery timelines.
Keep customers updated about vehicle repair status.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
Follow up with customers after vehicle servicing.

Candidate Requirements:-
Positive knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and job card management.
Ability to coordinate with workshop technicians.
Qualified attitude and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
