About the Role

We are looking for a energetic Regional Training Manager (RTM) to drive the capability development of dealership sales teams across the assigned region. The role involves managing end-to-end training initiatives for both EV and ICE vehicle portfolios, ensuring sales process excellence, product knowledge enhancement, and improved dealership performance through training, coaching, and capability-building interventions.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute the regional training calendar aligned with business objectives.
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and identify capability gaps across dealership manpower.
Deliver training programs on:
Sales Process & Retail Excellence
Product Features & Perks
EV & ICE Vehicle Technology




Customer Experience & Lead Management
Recent Product Launches
Ensure training nominations, participation, and completion as per plan.
Conduct on-the-job coaching and field mentoring for dealership sales teams.
Manage training interventions across multiple dealerships and manpower categories.
Coordinate with OEM, regional sales teams, and dealership stakeholders to drive training effectiveness.
Measure training impact through assessments, certifications, field observations, and business performance metrics.
Maintain training MIS, reports, attendance records, and effectiveness dashboards.
