SafeInvest is hiring for Relationship Manager - Sales, Mutual Fund

Responsibilities
Acquire recent clients through prospecting, referrals, and qualified leads while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Conduct regular client reviews, understand financial objectives and risk profiles, and recommend suitable investment and insurance plans.
Explain and sell products including mutual funds, SIPs, PMS/AIF, term insurance, health insurance, personal accident, motor insurance, ULIPs, and pension solutions.
Use concept-led selling to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Stay current on market developments, product features, regulatory updates, and relevant certifications such as CFP or NISM.




Coordinate with sales, operations, and other internal teams, and submit regular performance reports to management and the team lead.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management, sales, financial products, mutual funds, insurance, or a related client-facing role.
Strong communication, prospecting, negotiation, and client relationship-building abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs, explain financial concepts clearly, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Target-oriented approach with sound follow-through and reporting discipline.
Knowledge of investment and insurance products is preferred; relevant CFP or NISM certification is an advantage.

This is a full time, in-office chance based in Vadodara, with annual compensation of ₹3,60,000 to ₹6,00,000 plus incentives, based on role requirements and candidate profile.
