Understand students career goals, explain program perks, and convert leads into enrolments.
Handle calls, follow-ups, customer queries, and sales closures.
Achieve individual sales targets and maintain accurate lead details in CRM.
For Team Lead candidates, the role will initially involve individual sales targets, with an prospect to build and manage a team based on performance.

Requirements:
Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, EdTech, or Education Counselling preferred.
Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with valuable follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to handle prospective students and convert leads into enrolments.
Candidates applying for the Team Lead track should have prior team-handling experience.
