Job Responsibilities
Analyze project requirements, scope, business needs, and objectives.
Assist in preparing project management plans, milestones, and timelines.
Collaborate with Solution Architects on technical designs and system architecture.
Support high-level design activities based on business and functional requirements.
Communicate project updates, changes, and decisions to stakeholders.
Prepare project documentation, including test plans, user manuals, operations manuals, installation guides, and changeover notes.
Ensure quality reviews of project deliverables and documentation.
Review test cases for coverage, completeness, and quality.
Coordinate external reviews, approvals, sign-offs, and stakeholder acceptance.
Identify, assess,



and mitigate project risks.
Evaluate change requests, estimate efforts, and assess their impact on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Candidate Requirements
12+ years of total experience in IT, project management, implementation, and monitoring.
Government project experience is mandatory, with experience in at least 2 projects for Central Government, State Government, or PSU clients.
Experience managing and implementing at least 2 large-scale projects.
Experience managing cross-functional teams of at least 15 members.
Experience in web application development.
Solid project planning, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Secure Agile certification is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English or Hindi.
