Role & responsibilities :
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, HR, or shared services supporting India, Australia, and Singapore.
Hands-on experience with Workday HCM or similar HRIS, case management systems, and end-to-end payroll processing with vendors like ADP.
Knowledge of APAC payroll legislation, tax deductions, statutory contributions, and compliance, including Australian Superannuation and Singapore CPF.
Experience in year-end payroll activities, audits, data validation, and issue resolution.
Solid problem-solving, communication, and employee service skills, with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive employee matters with empathy.
Adaptable, technology-driven mindset with an interest in AI, automation, and continuous learning.
Experience in a multinational HR shared services setting is preferred.
