Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software QA, application testing, or HR technology testing.
Experience testing applicant tracking systems or HR platforms; SmartRecruiters experience preferred.
Solid understanding of software development and testing life cycles.
Experience with functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Ability to write detailed test cases and defect reports.
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or equivalent platforms.
SmartRecruiters configuration or implementation experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience testing REST APIs, SFTP integrations, webhooks, or middleware.




Familiarity with HRIS integrations and recruiting technology ecosystems.
Experience with SQL or data validation.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and employment lifecycle workflows.
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Postman.
