Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business verticals and functions.
Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, and candidate onboarding coordination.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain solid employer branding.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies,



processes, and compliance guidelines.
Support employer branding activities through job postings, social media engagement, and recruitment campaigns.
Generate periodic recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.

Preferred Skills
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in lateral, bulk, and campus hiring.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
Robust organizational and candidate relationship management skills.
