Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and assigned leads for software, website, and mobile app solutions
Make outbound calls to interested prospects (no cold calls)
Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant software/app solutions :
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to business owners
Follow up with leads to close sales and achieve monthly targets :
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of customers
Build long-term relationships with clients to improve repeat business and referrals

Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling sales / telesales / inside sales
Experience selling software, websites, mobile apps, IT services, or digital products is preferred
Solid communication skills in Hindi and English :
Comfortable working in a target-driven sales setting :
Basic knowledge of CRM systems or lead management tools is an advantage
Must be willing to work from office in Ranchi
(Freshers are not eligible for this role.)_
