Mandatory Requirement: Government project experience is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the development team with proper documentation.
Maintain detailed application and domain knowledge to support technical teams, client interactions, and stakeholder management.
Participate in the preparation of Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) after system study.
Manage change requests and project scope during development and implementation.
Work closely with Project Managers and Project Leads to conduct functional impact analysis.
Conduct project training sessions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) at client locations.
Gather and analyze additional requirements at client sites and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOMs).
Ensure successful project implementation.




Support hosting, servers, and other IT infrastructure deployed for the project.
Coordinate with the ITS team to arrange the required IT infrastructure for project training and demonstrations, as per agreement.
Coordinate with the ITS team and manage client communications through emails and letters during application hosting and migration activities in the Data Center.

Candidate Profile
6+ years of total experience in the IT industry.
Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst on similar projects.
Mandatory government project experience.
Hands-on experience in BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Agile, Scrum, JIRA, GitHub, SQL, Excel, API understanding, Wireframes, and UAT.
Experience in conducting stakeholder workshops and user training sessions.
Knowledge of business process mapping techniques such as BPMN or UML.
