Lead program planning, execution, and project launches.
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
Monitor project performance, KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
Manage engineering changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and organizational standards.
