Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally
Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
Follow up with prospects to close sales prospects
Maintain and update CRM records regularly
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Build and maintain robust customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales calling / telecalling :
Excellent English speaking and communication skills :
Solid persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections confidently
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Positive attitude and professional phone etiquette
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
