About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Explain company services, placement procedures, enrollment process, and associated fees in a explicit and professional manner.
Coordinate payment collection and ensure timely processing as per company policies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in BPO, customer support, telesales, inside sales, or client handling preferred.
Solid convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
