Role & responsibilities
Manage LAP files from sourcing to disbursement.
Maintain a solid network of 25+ DSAs.
Knowledge of Vanilla Income, Low LTV, Banking Product, NIP/LIP programs.
Basic understanding of financials and credit assessment.
Conduct regular field visits and strengthen DSA relationships.
Understand LAP eligibility, valuation, and risk assessment.
Ensure timely logins, accurate documentation, and process compliance.
Achieve monthly disbursement targets as per credit policy.
Develop recent DSAs and maintain existing relationships.
Demonstrate proven performance and recognition in current or previous roles.
