Customer Interaction :
Address and resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and services.
Problem Solving :
Utilize solid problem-solving skills to identify solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.
Communication :
Maintain explicit and effective communication with customers, ensuring they are informed about their queries and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Customer Feedback :
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Record Keeping :
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Update customer information in the database as required. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
