Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
Manage phone calls, inquiries, and appointments
Maintain visitor records and customer databases
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Provide basic administrative and HR support as required

Requirements :
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
Customer-focused and skilled attitude
Ability to multitask and manage front desk operations

Pay: ₹10,856.07 - ₹20,523.87 per month
