Role & responsibilities:
Communicate effectively in French and English, as required for the role.
Handle customer or business-related queries professionally.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of queries.
Maintain quality standards and adhere to established processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Preferred candidate profile :
Graduation is mandatory.
For B2 level, 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience and certifications would be required.
Freshers are not eligible.
Candidates must possess the required French proficiency level (B2).
B2 certification is mandatory for the role.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Candidates must be adaptable with shifts.
Flexibility to work according to business requirements is essential.
