Role & responsibilities
Daily Input plan preparation and Sequence plan preparation
To deliver the product as per customer requirement schedule for Domestic/Export /OEM.
Weekly Plan SAP entry every week as per OPSI
Department management like maintain 6S, follow the system process, Recent model F.P.A, Daily IMS.
Internal dept. Planning, Manpower, PPC Training and improvement, Evaluation
Material Shortage review for Next 4days plan for material execution/Inventory control
Maintaining MIS (Production, Material Status, Plan variation Report, History sheet, SAP Plan vs. Actual, Weekly Order Closure, MRP run, Mould utilization, Monthly & Rolling Plan, Weekly Reports, Factory OPSI, ISO Doc
Close coordination with Key departments i.e. Production, Material, Sourcing, Import and R&D; for execution of daily, and weekly work orders
