Sales & Revenue : Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals by selling current/used vehicles and value-adding services.
Customer Relationship Management : Greet customers, understand their needs, and build lasting rapport to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Demonstration & Knowledge : Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of product features, specifications, and inventory, conducting test drives to demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate prices, financing terms, and trade-ins, overcoming objections to finalize sales contracts.
Administrative Tasks : Process sales paperwork accurately, coordinate with finance teams, and maintain accurate records in the dealer management system.
Showroom Maintenance : Assist in arranging the showroom, displays, and maintaining inventory appearance
