ZBC Working on Parts (Plastic/Rubber, non-metallics)
Alternate Sourcing.
Supplier Warranty and AMC Rates Finalization.
BOM cost Monitoring.
Tear down analysis in case detailed part drawing is not available.
Valuable knowledge of MS excel.
Knowledgeable & hands on exposure in doing cost reduction potential identification & knowledge of cost reduction tools being used.
Should be able to give direction and guide the junior team for process understanding
