Responsibilities :
Operational Management : Coordinating the entire restaurant operation during scheduled shifts, including front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH).
Customer Service : Maintaining high standards of customer service, greeting guests, and handling complaints professionally.
Staff Management : Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising employees, as well as providing performance feedback and managing staff disagreements.
Financial Performance : Monitoring budget expenses, controlling labor and food costs, performing daily cash-ups, and driving revenue through upselling and promotions.
Inventory & Purchasing : Monitoring stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure consistent quality and availability.
Health & Safety Compliance : Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as liquor laws.
Marketing & Promotions : Assisting with restaurant events and implementing promotional schemes to increase customer loyalty

Job Type : Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
