Role Purpose

The Axis AVC Executive will engage with Axis Bank customers through telecalling and virtual interactions to generate business opportunities and drive life insurance sales for Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. The role involves understanding customer financial protection needs, pitching suitable insurance solutions, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with Axis Bank customers through outbound and inbound calls.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Build customer trust through effective communication and relationship management.




Generate leads and convert them into business prospects.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain high productivity and quality standards during customer interactions.
Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Update customer interactions accurately in the designated systems.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for policy issuance and customer servicing.
Participate in product, process, and sales training programs.

Graduate in any discipline.
