Duties and Responsibilities

The role will require a robust understanding of Specialists, industry knowledge, market intelligence and underwriting processes at BFL to ensure that only credit-worthy firms/Individuals are extended loans in line with BFL's risk policies. The incumbent will be responsible for underwriting loans in their specific locations,



which will mostly be pre-qualified / pre-approved by the Risk team, and require quick processing TATs, in the following businesses:

Skilled Loans: Monthly disbursements are expected to cross Cr in these businesses. Thus each Credit Manager is expected to process Cr of loan applications.
Underwriting of Loans to Professionals within defined time lines.
Drive ownership of internal processes compliance with underwriting policies
Support Business, Risk Operations in meeting the long term goals of the respective businesses
