ob Description : Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain product offerings (e.g., solar inverters).
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and deal closures.
Handle customer queries in a skilled manner.
Maintain daily call logs and reporting.
Requirements :
Positive communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM usage).
Polite, confident, and convincing personality.
Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
