Job Title: Telecaller (Hindi, English & Telugu)Location: Visakhapatnam

Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Explain product/service features in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM.
Follow up with customers for feedback and closures.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle customer objections professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu (mandatory).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Robust persuasion and negotiation skills.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
