We are looking for an energetic and confident Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive for handling commercial and residential property sales.

Job Responsibilities
Promote commercial and residential projects, shops, offices, and units
Handle social media marketing (SMM) and create attractive property posts
Manage online advertisements and lead generation campaigns
Talk with clients and explain project details professionally
Follow up with interested customers and arrange site visits
Coordinate with team members for sales and marketing activities
Maintain customer database and daily sales reports

Skills Required
Good communication and convincing skills




Basic knowledge of social media and online advertising
Confidence in client handling and property presentation
Sales and marketing interest
Knowledge of real estate is preferred
