Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
Counsel students, medical professionals, and prospects regarding courses/programs offered by the company.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain solid conversion ratios.
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
