Position: Sales Trainer
Location: Thrissur
CTC: 45,000 per month + Incentives
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Training / Sales Coaching.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding and product training for current sales executives.
Deliver training on sales techniques, lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and customer handling.
Coach sales teams to improve conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
Conduct practical training sessions, role plays, and performance reviews
Identify individual and team training requirements in coordination with Sales Managers.
Develop training materials, presentations, and learning modules.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and sales performance metrics.
Ensure sales teams are updated on product knowledge and sales processes.
