Purchasing and Sourcing Duties
Vendor selection : Find and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
Price negotiation : Secure the best contract terms, payment cycles, and bulk discounts.
Order processing : Review purchase requisitions and issue formal purchase orders (POs) for operational items.
Market tracking : Monitor market price trends for food, beverage, and operational supplies to forecast costs.

Store and Inventory Management
Stock control : Maintain logical inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts of critical items.
Receiving oversight : Inspect incoming deliveries for correct quantities, proper condition, and high quality.
Issuing control : Manage strict authorization procedures for releasing stock items to various departments via requisitions.
Audit compliance :



Conduct routine physical stock-takes and reconcile discrepancies with book inventory.

Administrative and Financial Control
Budget monitoring : Track department spending against set financial targets.
Invoice verification : Match purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices before sending them to finance.
Department collaboration : Work with the executive chef, finance controller, and general manager on cost-saving initiatives.
Staff supervision : Train and manage storekeepers, receiving clerks, and purchasing assistants.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
