We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience in managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads and YouTube Ads .

Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display) and YouTube Ads campaigns. Monitor and improve key metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversions Scale profitable campaigns and reduce cost per acquisition Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences and landing pages
Implement and manage tracking tools ( Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking )
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with design and funnel teams to improve results

Required Experience & Skills Minimum 3 years of experience* in performance marketing Hands-on expertise in:
Facebook Ads Manager





Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Proven ability to generate and scale high-ROAS campaigns :
Robust analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience with funnels, landing pages and audience targeting

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Positive agency Knowledge of GTM, Meta Pixels, UTMs
