About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with:
Real estate brokers
Channel partners
Freelance agents
Property consultants
Generate site visits and qualified leads for assigned projects
Conduct regular broker meets and networking activities
Coordinate with sales team for closures and inventory updates
Maintain daily sourcing MIS and lead tracking
Ensure continuous follow-up with channel partners for repeat business
Promote mandate projects aggressively in the market
Stay updated with:
Local market trends
Competitor projects
Pricing movements
New launches in Mumbai suburbs
Minimum 1 year experience in:
Real Estate Sourcing
CP Management
Channel Sales
Real Estate Pre-Sales
Strong network of brokers/channel partners in Mumbai suburbs preferred
Good communication and convincing skills
Presentable personality with professional attitude
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp business communication
