Key Responsibilities
Handle qualified inbound enquiries generated through our marketing campaigns.
Engage with prospective homebuyers and investors to understand their requirements.
Explain project features, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients.
Build strong client relationships and provide end-to-end assistance throughout the buying journey.
Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into successful bookings.

Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory. :




Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence. :
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach.
Positive knowledge of the Kolkata real estate market will be an advantage.
