Build and present complete package holidays (flight + hotel + activities) to meet client needs
Create transparent, concise travel itineraries and cost breakdowns for customers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline/hotel promotions, fare rules, and supplier terms.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand preferences and budget.
Collaborate with internal teams to finalize quotes and bookings.
Ensure accuracy of travel details, pricing, and restrictions in bookings.
