Key Responsibilities
Lead project cost estimation for E&I; projects and execution components.
Prepare accurate BOQ, cost estimates, budgets, and commercial evaluations.
Coordinate with site execution teams, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Evaluate project execution costs, contractor quotations, material requirements, and manpower costs.
Ensure estimation accuracy and alignment with project scope and commercial objectives.
Candidate Profile
12–15 years of relevant experience in E&I; project execution and cost estimation.
Solid site execution experience with exposure to contractors and project environments.
Experience in estimating execution components and project values.
Robust knowledge of E&I; materials, construction activities, BOQ, and costing.
Candidates from EPC / contracting / project-based companies preferred.
