Job Overview : Responsibilities :

Establish and enforce coding, testing, and implementation standards, ensuring alignment with overall architectural blueprints. :
Drive key design decisions as a Development Lead, leveraging deep technical knowledge and cross-team collaboration. :
Manage the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery within agile and waterfall methodologies. :
Optimize development processes and operational settings to enhance efficiency and accelerate project delivery. : Required Qualifications & Skills :
8+ years of experience in product development, focusing on software engineering. :
Solid analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. :
Proven experience delivering software solutions within an Agile development environment. :




Proficiency in Agentic AI coding platforms and AI-powered development tools (e.g., Devin.AI, Anthropic Claude Code, GitHub Copilot). :
Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying products leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI systems. :

Demonstrated ability to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into cutting-edge product features and platforms. :
Proven experience in BDD automation, Test Driven Development and Quality Assurance. :
Knowledge and experience building financial software products. :
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent practical experience. : Education :
