About the Role : The role involves identifying, verifying, and managing commercial property information across Mumbai, ensuring the accuracy of data and supporting the sales team with property-related operations. The position requires a mix of fieldwork, data management, and team collaboration, making it integral to smooth sales & operations.
Key Responsibilities :_
Property Sourcing & Verification :Identify and verify commercial properties in South Mumbai/Western Suburbs.
Field Data Collection :Gather accurate property details through on-site and online sources.
Data Management :Maintain accurate and up-to-date property details in the CRM.
Team Collaboration :Regularly update the team with relevant information.
Independent Work :Be able to work independently and efficiently in the field.
Sales Support :Assist the sales team with property inspections and other operational requirements.
Requirements :_
Communication : Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Travel Requirements :
Must be comfortable visiting multiple locations across South Mumbai/Western Suburbs as per job requirements.
Vehicle Requiremen t: Must have a 2-wheeler / Driver's license.
Experience :A minimum of 6 months of experience in any field is preferred.
