Tony Signature Diamonds is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our luxury jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polished personality, and a passion for luxury retail and customer service.

Candidates with experience in jewellery, fashion, hospitality, beauty, or premium retail sales will be preferred.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting diamond jewellery
Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences
Build customer relationships and support repeat business
Explain product features, diamond quality, and pricing confidently
Support showroom presentation and luxury retail standards
Coordinate customer follow-ups and sales conversions
Assist in social media shoots, reels, and promotional activities when required
Maintain skilled grooming and showroom etiquette

Requirements




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed and confident personality
Passion for luxury retail and customer interaction
Basic computer knowledge preferred
Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage
Freshers with good presentation skills may also apply
