Required Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration (BHA), Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience : Typically requires 3 to 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a hospital setting.
Key Skills : Exceptional crisis management, conflict resolution, quick decision-making, and robust interpersonal communication.
Operations Oversight : Ensure all hospital departments (nursing, housekeeping, security, and billing) run smoothly and efficiently.
Patient Flow Management : Oversee patient admissions, discharges, and transfers to optimize bed utilization and reduce waiting times.
Incident Resolution : Act as the first point of contact for patient complaints,



family grievances, and facility emergencies.
Liaison : Bridge the gap between clinical teams (doctors, nurses) and non-clinical administrative staff.
Compliance & Safety : Monitor regulatory requirements, infection control standards, and safety protocols.
Shift Handover : Prepare detailed shift reports for incoming management, highlighting unresolved tasks and critical incidents.

Pay: ₹14,283.34 - ₹37,563.37 per month
