About the Role:


You'll be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, connecting them with DTC Projects' residential complexes. Your main focus is engaging leads through calls, maintaining robust follow -up, and keeping our CRM system accurate and up -to -date. Think of yourself as the bridge between interested prospects and their future homes.




KRAs:


Responsible for calling old lead database and provide chat support


Updating the lead status in Salesforce System


Follow - up for all leads in the system


Weekly reporting on leads


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills



- 1 -2 years of hands -on experience in telesales or real estate pre -sales

- Fluent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (speaking, reading,



writing)

- Bachelor's degree (any discipline)

- Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)

- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly

- Self -motivated with excellent follow -up and organisational skills
