Suresh Press Work is a growing manufacturing company specializing in press components and sheet metal fabrication. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our production and operations team.
Responsibilities :
Assist in production planning and daily manufacturing activities
Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth workflow
Support tool setup and press machine operations
Conduct quality checks and maintain inspection records
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency
Maintain documentation and prepare daily production reports
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
Basic knowledge of sheet metal, press tools, and manufacturing processes
Understanding of engineering drawings
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience with press machines or fabrication industry
Knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, basic inspection methods)
AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
