JOB DESCRIPTION

- 2+ years of experience in O2C, Cash Applications, Accounts Receivable, Collections or Finance Operations.
- Basic understanding of AR, payment processing, customer account reconciliation, ageing and payment follow-ups.
- Experience in customer account support and maintaining payment-related documentation.
- Valuable written and verbal English communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and willingness to learn SAP, Sonar, GMACC, customer portals and other tools.
- Strong attention to detail, process discipline, teamwork and ability to follow defined procedures and escalation processes.
- Ability to support regional business hours.
- Suitable graduates may be considered as per Infosys hiring policy.
