The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, particularly within the electrical and EPC sectors. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, managing variations and claims, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts for power transmission projects, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify contract requirements and ensure timely execution of contracts.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or disputes that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Analyze and manage variations and claims, providing recommendations for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation,
ensuring easy access for audits and reviews.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters, fostering a collaborative setting.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of contracts management principles and practices.
- Experience in the power transmission and electrical sectors, particularly with 220 KV and 400 KV projects.
- Familiarity with EPC contracts and processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex contractual documents and provide clear recommendations.
