Role Description The Talent Acquisition Senior Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection for a variety of roles across the organization. The individual will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define role specifications, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include maintaining job postings, leveraging multiple channels for talent outreach, managing recruitment data and reports, and supporting employer branding initiatives.



The role also includes coordinating onboarding activities, ensuring adherence to internal policies and standards, and continuously improving talent acquisition practices to meet business growth needs.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Ability to use recruitment tools and platforms (job boards, social media, professional networks, ATS) to identify and engage suitable talent.
- Skills in stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in candidate assessment, including evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit based on defined role requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on maintaining a professional and inclusive candidate experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Understanding of HR best practices, basic employment regulations, and data privacy considerations in recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for finance, accounting, or consulting roles is an advantage, particularly within outsourcing or professional services environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR or recruitment certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.
